We have a 30 day health guarantee on all of the animals you purchase from us and would be happy to assist you with setting up your new animal in the best way. Please also read our Care Page for the proper care and feeding of your leopard gecko. Many of the questions we get can be answered quickly and easily from this page. Also, please refer to the Adjustment Period Tips sheet that was included in the box with your gecko shipment.
Unfortunately, we are not able to answer any questions regarding geckos you purchase from elsewhere (a pet store or another gecko seller). We do not feel comfortable answering questions about an animal we are not familiar with or know the history about. We recommend you contact the person you purchased it from or a vet if you think it has a medical issue (losing weight, not eating, has shedding issues, etc.). These symptoms are the first signs of medical issues that can only be resolved with the knowledge and medicine available from a vet.
